Currently we are pursuing Product Acquisition. We are interested in forming partnerships to purchase discontinued or withdrawn products from the U.S. pharmaceutical market for sale in the U.S. and to register and sell in foreign markets. Numerous U.S. manufacturers have discontinued or withdrawn products from the market for various reasons. Pharma Exports has the expertise necessary to identity products with U.S. sales potential, as well as, opportunities that will generate revenue in international markets.

We realize certain manufacturers may be reluctant to dispose of their products entirely but may be open to forming a Joint Venture with Pharma Exports. Under this scenario the manufacturer would keep ownership of the product and allow us to:

1. Update the file with the FDA
2. Contract manufacturer the product
3. Register the product in applicable international markets
4. Market the product both domestically and internationally
